| Milana is always looking for fun new ways to stay fit, be healthy and live well. She was originally interested in Bellydance for the fitness and toning benefits. Drawing from her background in Human Kinetics, she developed a Bellydance Bootcamp class 3 years ago with the aim of developing the core muscle strength needed to enhance, refine and perfect Bellydance moves. More recently, she has focused her attention on Tribal Fusion Bellydance which taps into the beauty of this muscular control. |
